摘 要:文章基于纵横向拉开档次法对我国30个省份及八大综合经济区2013—2020年的乡村数字经济发展水平进行测度,并运用Dagum基尼系数和障碍度模型分析八大综合经济区乡村数字经济发展的区域差异和障碍因子。研究结果表明:(1)2013—2020年我国乡村数字经济发展水平持续上升,但空间分布存在显著差异,呈现“东高西低”的分布格局。(2)我国乡村数字经济发展水平的总体差异呈现小幅下降态势,区域间差异为总体差异的主要来源;南部沿海综合经济区内部差异最大,东北综合经济区内部差异最小。(3)农村通邮率、农村计算机普及率、农村人均用电量、农村移动电话普及率是制约我国乡村数字经济发展的主要障碍因子。This paper is based on the vertical and horizontal scatter-degree approach to measure the development level of rural digital economy in 30 provinces and eight comprehensive economic zones in China from 2013 to 2020,and then uses Dagum Gini index and obstacle degree model to analyze the regional differences and obstacle factors of rural digital economy development in eight comprehensive economic zones.The results are as follows:(1)From 2013 to 2020,the development level of rural digital economy in China continues to rise,but there are significant differences in the spatial distribution,showing a distribution pattern of“high in the east and low in the west”.(2)The overall difference of the development level of rural digital economy in China shows a slight downward trend,and the inter-regional difference is the main source.The difference within the southern coastal areas is the largest,and that within the northeast area is the smallest.(3)The rural postal rate,the rural computer popularity rate,the rural per capita electricity consumption,and the rural mobile phone popularity rate are the main obstacle factors that restrict the development of rural digital economy in China.
