文旅融合视角下杭州电竞数娱小镇服务系统设计现状调查分析

摘　　要：我国的电竞产业发展步入正轨,电竞产业与旅游产业逐步融合,但目前我国的电竞小镇发展尚不完善,为探索我国电竞特色小镇服务系统设计的发展现状及未来发展方向。本文从文旅融合的角度,将杭州电竞数娱小镇作为研究对象。运用服务设计的方法对电竞小镇服务系统设计的现状进行调查分析。为杭州电竞数娱小镇的服务系统设计提出优化建议,为未来电竞小镇的旅游事业发展提供服务系统设计方法的参考。The development of e-sports industry in China is on the right track,and e-sports industry and tourism industry are gradually integrated,but at present,the development of e-sports town in China is not perfect.In order to explore the present situation and future development direction of the service system design of e-sports characteristic town in our country.From the point of view of the integration of culture and tourism,this paper takes Hangzhou E-Competition several entertainment towns as the research object.The method of service design is used to investigate and analyze the current situation of service system design in e-sports town.This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the service system design of Hangzhou e-competition entertainment town.The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for the design method of service system for the future tourism development of e-sports town.
