公租房灭火器创新设计研究

摘　　要：当前公租房灭火器存在供需错位、不平衡、租客的购买欲望低等问题,是公租房安全隐患的核心根源,从租客群体需求的角度,对公租房灭火器再设计,以应对公租房火灾频发问题迫在眉睫。采用信息采集与数据统计分析明确课题的实践基础和意义,通过用户调研的手段获取用户需求。针对公租房灭火器现存问题,围绕租客群体用户需求,设计一款面向公租房群体的一体化多功能灭火器。公租房灭火器设计要考虑租客群体需求、使用场景,从灭火器的外观造型、功能选择、使用方式等方面进行系统性设计,在使用细节上要着重考虑使用者的日常需求,以提升灭火器的使用效率,为公租房灭火的应急避险产品设计提供有益思路。Rental housing fire extinguishers suffer from problems such as supply and demand dislocation,imbalance,and tenants'low desire to buy,which are the core source of public rental security risks.From the perspective of the needs of the tenant group,the public rental housing fire extinguishers are redesigned to deal with the frequent public rental housing fires.Issues are imminent.Use information collection and data statistical analysis to clarify the practical basis and significance of the material obtained from the user through user research.Result:In view of the existing problems in the use of public rental housing fire extinguishers,an integrated multi-functional fire extinguisher for public rental housing groups is designed around the needs of the tenants.Provide new ideas for the design of emergency hedging products for public rental housing fire extinguishers and other emergency housing projects.Effective redesign from the perspective of the needs of the tenant group promotes the further development of emergency hedging products while improving the efficiency of fire extinguishers.
