摘  要:为了保证传统有限集模型预测速度控制中速度采样频率和控制周期一致,使用预测-校正方法进行反馈速度的测量,并结合卡尔曼滤波器进行负载观测,根据控制周期合理安排速度和负载观测的时序。针对传统有限集模型预测速度控制的稳态误差和较大转矩脉动问题,提出一种比例-积分-微分型代价函数,其中积分项用于消除稳态误差,微分项用于抑制转矩脉动。仿真和实验结果表明,所提出的新型有限集模型预测速度控制方法和传统有限集模型预测速度控制方法相比,在稳态时具有更小的稳态误差和转矩脉动,相电流总谐波失真(THD)从65.35%减小到了21.54%;和传统有限集模型预测电流控制方法相比,在起动、加减速和负载突变时的响应速度均加快了0.2~0.5 s,具有更快的动态响应。In order to ensure that the speed sampling frequency is consistent with the control period in the conventional finite set model predictive speed control method,a prediction-correction method is used to measure the feedback speed and a Kalman filter is combined for load observation.The timing of speed and load observation is reasonably arranged according to the control period.In order to solve the problem of steady-state error and large torque ripple in the conventional finite set model predictive speed control method,a proportional-integral-differential-type cost function is proposed.The integral term is used to eliminate the steady-state error and the differential term is used to suppress the torque ripple.Simulation and experimental results indicate that the proposed new finite set model predictive speed control method has smaller steady-state error and torque ripple than the conventional finite set model predictive speed control method.The total harmonic distortion(THD)of phase current is reduced from 65.35%to 21.54%.The response speed during starting,acceleration/deceleration,and load/unload is accelerated by 0.2 s to 0.5 s,resulting in faster dynamic response.
