摘 要:针对磁性槽楔存在槽漏抗大,导磁性能低,槽楔脱落的问题,提出一种新型结构的硅钢片槽楔。新槽楔的不同间隙距离和下底面半径可有效改变空载气隙磁密分布情况。槽楔对电机转矩性能主要影响电机堵转性能,对电机牵入性能影响不大。新型槽楔和磁性槽楔在电机运行时受到磁拉力的作用,电磁力作用可忽略不计。新型槽楔所受磁拉力交流分量作用最小,可靠性高于磁性槽楔。新型槽楔的间隙距离在4 mm时,其磁拉力直流分量和交流分量最小。下底面半径对磁拉力交流分量作用明显,对直流分量大小没有影响。最后,通过样机和实验证明了新型槽楔电磁性能的优势。To solve the problems of magnetic slot wedge,such as larger slot leakage resistance,lower magnetic conductivity and slot wedge shedding,a structure of silicon steel slot wedge is proposed.The different gap distance and radius of the slot wedge proposed can effectively change the air gap flux density distribution at no-load.Slot wedges mainly affect the locked-rotor torque performance of the motor,with slight effect on the pull-in torque.The wedges and magnetic wedges are affected by magnetic pull while the motor is running,and the electromagnetic force can be ignored.The wedge is less affected by the AC component of magnetic pull compared with magnetic slot wedge,with higher reliability than that of the magnetic wedge.DC component and AC component of magnetic pull is the smallest at the gap distance of 4 mm.The radius of bottom surface has obvious effect on the AC component of magnetic pull and no effect on the DC component.Finally,the advantages of electromagnetic performance of the proposed slot wedge were proved by prototype and experiment.
