摘  要:熔融沉积成型通过线材熔融沉积和冷却黏结的方式制备打印制件,但是线材在喷嘴内的温度会直接影响熔丝的黏结质量,从而影响打印制件的力学性能,而喷嘴内熔体温度对制件黏结质量的影响缺乏相应的理论研究。利用Fluent软件建立聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)熔体在喷嘴内的温度场模型,研究打印参数对喷嘴内熔体温度场与打印制件黏结性能的影响,通过优化工艺参数为进一步提高打印制件的力学性能提供理论指导。结果表明:喷嘴温度升高时,喷嘴内的熔体温度升高,当喷嘴温度高于230℃时,PVDF线材可在喷嘴中充分熔融,喷嘴直径的改变对熔体温度的影响较小;提高喷嘴温度和减小喷嘴直径有利于熔丝黏结,喷嘴温度为250℃、喷嘴直径为0.4 mm时,打印制件的力学性能最佳。Fused deposition modeling produces printed parts by accumulating,cooling,and bonding of molten filament.But the temperature of filament in the nozzle directly affects fuse bonding,thus affecting the mechanical properties of printed parts.The influence of the melt temperature in the nozzle on the bonding quality of the parts is lack of relevant theoretical research.The temperature field model of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)melt in the nozzle was established by Fluent software.The effect of printing parameters on the melt temperature field and the bonding performance of parts was investigated.The process parameters were optimized to provide theoretical guidance for further improving mechanical properties of printed parts.The results show that the melt temperature in the nozzle increases with the increase of nozzle temperature,and PVDF filament can be fully melted when the nozzle temperature is above 230℃.Changing the nozzle diameter has little effect on the melt temperature.Increasing the nozzle temperature and decreasing the nozzle diameter are conducive to filament’s bonding.The mechanical properties of the printed parts are the best when the nozzle temperature is 250℃and the nozzle diameter is 0.4 mm.
