摘  要:针对化妆棉原料在输送过程中的伸长不匀而影响成品化妆棉片尺寸稳定的问题,开展宽幅化妆棉裁切机的送料系统设计。对化妆棉原料进行拉伸试验,得到原料的材料特性参数,并结合牵引输送过程中原料的延伸特性分析,得到化妆棉原料在输送过程中的总伸长率数学表达式;基于差速输送原理开展裁切机送料传动系统和牵引辊组的设计,使原料在牵引输送过程中保持张紧且具有固定的伸长;对第一牵引辊组进行两端锥度结构设计和基于ANSYS软件的仿真分析,结果表明该结构设计可有效减小第一牵引辊组的轴向压力不匀性,使化妆棉原料沿幅宽方向不同位置处的总伸长率基本相同,从而使棉片产品的长度误差在允许范围内,保证成品棉片的裁切质量符合生产要求。In view of the problem that the uneven elongation of cosmetic pad’s raw material during the conveying process affects the stability of the size of the finished cosmetic pad,the feeding system of the wide cosmetic pad cutting machine was designed.The material characteristic parameters of the cosmetic pad’s raw material were obtained through the tensile tests of them,and the mathematical expression of the cosmetic pad’s raw material total elongation was obtained by combining the analysis of the raw material’s extension characteristics during the traction conveying process.The feeding system and traction roller group of the cutting machine were designed based on differential-speed conveying principle to make the raw material keep tensioned and have a fixed elongation during the traction conveying process.Design and simulation analysis based on ANSYS software for the tapered structure of the first traction roller group at both ends show that the structure design can effectively reduce the pressure unevenness of the first traction roller group in axial direction,so that the cosmetic pad’s raw material total elongation is basically the same at different positions of width direction.Thus,the length error of the cosmetic pad product is within the allowable range,and the cutting quality of the finished cosmetic pad meets the production requirements.
