摘　　要：针对全球化、金融化和数字化时代以来资本主义社会暴露出来的严重危机,斯蒂格利茨力图建立一个联通微观经济与宏观经济的综合性解释框架,全面揭示导致资本主义社会危机的经济、政治和文化根源。斯蒂格利茨以美国社会上层精英与下层群体日益扩大的不平等为切入点,深入到美国资本主义社会危机背后的国家体制问题。其通过从理论上批判新自由主义的弊端,继续拓展和深化凯恩斯主义的内涵,并从政策上阐述了自由主义左派的主张。在此基础上,斯蒂格利茨结合20世纪20年代以来美国的进步主义思想以及新凯恩斯主义理论,提出了新国家干预理论主张及经济、政治和文化的系列改良策略。但美国资本主义社会和自由市场的根本属性只允许有限的改革空间,使得新国家干预理论及其主张难以转变为政策行为和实践。即便如此,斯蒂格利茨对于资本主义世界深层问题的深刻揭示及其改革议程,在追求社会公平、缓和社会矛盾和促进经济健康发展等方面仍具有启示意义。In view of the serious crisis exposed by the capitalist society represented by the United States since it entered the era of globalization,financialization and digitalization,Joseph Stiglitz tried to establish a comprehensive explanatory framework connecting microeconomy and macroeconomy,and expounded the economic,political and cultural root causes of the crisis of capitalist society.Stiglitz discussed the problem of state system behind the crisis of American capitalist society with the increasingly expanding "inequality" between the upper elites and the lower groups.By criticizing the theoretical flaws of neoliberalism,Stiglitz continuedto enrich and deepen the connotation of Keynesianism,and expound the liberal-left propositions on the political level.On this basis,Stiglitz combined the progressive thought that was popular in the United States in the 1920s with the new Keynesian theory and put forward the new theory of state intervention and a series of economic,political and cultural improvement strategies.However,the fundamental nature of American capitalist society and free market can only provide limited space for reform,which makes it difficult for the theories and policy propositions of state intervention theory to be transformed into the government policies under the influence of elites.Even so,Stiglitz's profound revelation of the severe problems of the American-centered capitalist world and its reform agenda can be regarded as a warning and reformist idea for both the United States and other countries.
