智能音箱产品功能体验对用户行为意向的影响因素研究

摘　　要：分析智能音箱产品功能体验对用户行为意向的影响因素及作用机制,优化智能音箱产品的功能体验设计。基于技术接受模型,构建智能音箱产品的用户行为意向影响因素理论模型。通过对样本数据的信效度分析以及结构方程模型拟合检验,验证理论模型中功能体验影响用户行为意向的关键因素与作用机制,确定功能体验内部因素的设计优先级,提出智能音箱产品设计策略。功能体验对感知易用性具有显著正向影响,并通过感知易用性对感知有用性、使用的态度具、行为意向产生显著正向影响。功能体验的内部影响因素重要性排序依次为,系统主动性与及时响应性、系统可靠性、系统容错性、产品内容个性化与多样性。智能音箱产品的感知易用性是提升用户行为意向的关键。根据研究结果找出的功能体验关键影响因素以及提出的设计策略,能够帮助设计师有所侧重地设计,从而有效提高感知易用性,提升用户行为意向。To analyze the influencing factors and mechanism of functional experience of intelligent speakers on user behavioral intention,and optimize the functional experience design of intelligent speakers.Based on the technology acceptance model,the theoretical model of influencing factors user behavioral intention of intelligent speakers is constructed.Through the reliability and validity analysis of sample data and structural equation model fitting test,the key factors and mechanism of functional experience affecting user behavioral intention in the theoretical model were verified.Further,the research determines the design priority of factors of functional experience and put forward strategies on the design of intelligent speakers.Functional experience has a positive influence on perceived ease of use significantly.Perceived ease of use has a positive influence on perceived usefulness and attitude towards use significantly,and perceived usefulness and attitude towards use have a positive influence on behavioral intention significantly.The influencing factors of functional experience are sorted from large to small,followed by system initiative and timely response,system reliability,system fault tolerance,product content personalization and diversity.The perceived ease of use of smart speakers is the key to improve user behavioral intention.According to the results of research,the key influencing factors of functional experience and the corresponding design suggestions can help designers have emphasis on design,so as to effectively improve the perceived ease of use and user behavioral intention.
