摘　　要：为提升工业设计服务平台用户满意度,运用Kano-AHP模型对用户需求进行研究,获取平台功能层次。首先对用户进行分析以获取初始需求,通过Kano问卷调研定性划分各项需求属性;再采用层次分析法计算各项需求属性的权重值,进一步定量获取需求层次及重要度;最后基于需求重要度排序延伸构建平台服务内容,并在平台运行机制上进行创新设计。该方法模型能够有效地挖掘用户需求内容及层次,对同类型设计具有一定指导意义。In order to improve the user satisfaction of the industrial design service platform,the Kano-AHP model is used to study the user needs and obtain the platform function level.Firstly,the user is analyzed to obtain the initial demand,and each demand attribute is qualitatively divided through the Kano questionnaire;then the weight value of each demand attribute is calculated by the AHP method,and the demand level and importance are further quantitatively obtained;finally,the order is based on the importance of the demand.Extend the construction of platform service content,and carry out innovative design on the platform operating mechanism.This method model can effectively mine the content and level of user needs,and has certain guiding significance for the same type of design.
