摘 要:目的 探讨深圳地区成年女性腰椎(L1~L4)骨密度(BMD)与体质指数(BMI)及初潮年龄的关系,为早期预防骨质疏松症(OP)提供一定的依据。方法 数据来源于2017年中国骨质疏松症流行病学调查深圳调查点。该调查由深圳市慢性病防治中心组织开展,于2018-04-01-2018-08-01在深圳市随机抽取≥20岁常住女性居民作为调查对象,采用BMD测量金标准双能X射线吸收法进行腰椎正位(L1~L4)测量BMD。应用R语言4.1.0通过多元线性回归进行关联性分析。结果 共纳入559名女性调查对象,平均年龄(52.00±11.49)岁,平均BMD(0.92±0.17) g/cm^(2)。单因素分析发现,初潮年龄(β=-0.016,P<0.001)、BMI(β=0.005,P=0.027)与BMD相关。多因素分析结果显示,BMI(β=0.014,P<0.001)是BMD的影响因素;初潮年龄(β=-0.001,P=0.799)与BMD之间无相关性。结论 BMI与BMD之间存在正相关关系,对于BMI较低的女性,应及早检查其BMD,早期防治以防发生OP。Objective To explore the relationship between lumbar vertebrae(L1-L4),bone mineral density(BMD),body mass index(BMI) and age at menarche of adult females in Shenzhen, and provide a basis for early prevention of osteoporosis(OP).Methods The data analyzed in the present study was based on epidemiological survey of osteoporosis in Shenzhen, China in April 1,2018 to August 1,2018,which was organized by the Shenzhen Center for Chronic Disease Control.A stratified-randomly sampling method was adopted to recruit participants who were permanent residents aged 20 and above living in Shenzhen city.Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry, the gold standard for bone mineral density measurement, was used to measure BMD of the lumbar spine(L1-L4).The univariate and multivariate analyses were performed by R version 4.1.0.Results A total of 559 female subjects were included in this study, average age was(52.00±11.49) years, average BMD was(0.92±0.17) g/cm^(2).Univariate analysis found that age at menarche(β=-0.016,P<0.001),BMI(β=0.005,P=0.027)were associated with BMD.In the multiple linear regression model, it was found that BMI(β=0.014,P<0.001) was associated with BMD and there was no statistical difference between age at menarche(β=-0.001,P=0.799)and BMD.Conclusion The present study found that BMI was significantly associated with BMD.Hence, early monitoring on BMD for those women who have a lower BMI should be undertaken to prevent OP.
