摘  要:针对X80管道环焊缝中同时存在的“错边+裂纹”复合缺陷进行工况受力分析,结合弹性有限元方法分别对“错边+内表面裂纹”和“错边+埋藏裂纹”含复合缺陷管道进行三维有限元分析,总结裂纹尺寸、轴向应力、管道壁厚、焊缝错边量及裂纹的位置对应力强度因子的影响规律。在此基础上,引入裂纹尺寸修正系数,提出应力强度因子工程计算公式。将有限元分析与理论推导值对比,其误差在3%以内;应力强度因子计算公式结果与有限元结果的误差小于5%,表明了其准确性。The stress analysis of girth weld of X80 pipeline with "misalignment and crack" under working conditions was implemented.Combined with the elastic finite element method,the three-dimensional finite element analysis of the pipeline with composite defect of "misalignment and internal surface crack" and "misalignment and embedded crack" was carried out,in which the effects of crack size,axial stress,thickness,misalignment and crack location on the stress intensity factor were calculated.Based on these,the crack size correction factor was introduced and the engineering calculation formula of stress intensity factor(SIF) was put forward.Comparison of the finite element analysis with the theoretical derivation shows that the error is less than 3%,and the error between the stress intensity factor calculation formula result and the finite element result is less than 5%,which indicates its correctness and accuracy.
