摘 要:为提升氯氧镁水泥(MOC)的经济性和实用性,向MOC中添加三水碳酸镁(NQ),分析了不同养护龄期下NQ掺量对MOC的性能影响。结果表明:利用NQ与MgO以一定比例拌和具有胶凝作用,能使固结时间缩短,强度提高。掺入NQ会抑制试样收缩。当MgO:NQ摩尔比达到最大值16:1时,主要物相为518相、318相和水氯碳镁石相,泡水后仍具有较高强度。由XRD、SEM分析可知,当MgO:NQ摩尔比为16:1时能够形成致密结晶结构,保护了棒状518相、318相晶体,保证了胶凝材料较高的力学强度和良好的耐水性。In order to improve the economy and practicability of magnesium oxychloride cement(MOC),nesquehonite(NQ) was added to MOC,and the effect of NQ content on the performance of MOC at different curing ages was analyzed.The results show that the mixture of NQ and MgO in a certain proportion exerts a gelling effect,which can shorten the consolidation time and improve the strength.The mixing of the NQ will inhibit the shrinkage of the samples.When the molar ratio of MgO:NQ reached the maximum 16:1,the dominant phases are 518 phase,318 phase and chloartinite,which still presents high strength after soaking in water.According to XRD and SEM analysis,when the molar ratio of MgO:NQ is 16:1,dense crystalline structure can be formed,which protects the rod-shaped 518 phase and 318 phase crystals,and ensures the high mechanical strength and good water resistance of the cementitious material.
