摘  要:随着石油勘探的不断深入,钻井作业面临的地质环境越发复杂,为了能够好解决复杂地层的高温、高盐难题,本文以丙烯酸、二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵,以及丙烯酰胺作为反应单体,采用自由基水溶液聚合法合成了一种新型的水溶性聚合物降滤失剂XN10。并通过单因素法和正交试验,优化出了XN10的最佳合成条件。通过红外表征可知XN10满足设计要求,并对其进行了室内评价。结果表明:XN10相较于其他常规降滤失剂来说,具有良好的抗温性能,经160℃老化后,仍具有较高的黏切和较低的滤失量,滤失量由40mL降至13.2mL,降滤失效果明显,且具有较强的抗盐性能。With the deepening of petroleum exploration,the geological environment of drilling operation is becoming more and more complicated.In order to solve the problem of high temperature and high salt in complex strata,a new water-soluble polymer XN10 was synthesized by free radical polymerization using acrylic acid,diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and acrylamide as reaction monomers.The optimum synthesis conditions of XN10 were optimized by single factor method and orthogonal experiment.The infrared characterization shows that XN10 meets the design requirements,and the indoor evaluation is carried out.The results show that XN10 has good temperature resistance compared with other conventional filtration reducer.After aging at 160 ℃,XN10 still has higher viscosity and lower filtration loss,which decreases from 40 mL to 13.2 mL,showing obvious filtration loss reduction effect and strong salt resistance.
