摘  要:在化学工业高速发展的背景下,如何培养面向多学科交叉融合的高素质人才,已成为教学改革的重要议题。本文以“化工过程优化设计”课程的教学改革为研究对象,首先分析了化学工业的发展与学科间的交叉融合现状,进而从定位教学目标、教学内容更新、创新教学方式、改革教学评价体系、建设高素质的教师队伍几方面对课程的教学改革进行了讨论。课程教学改革的成效表明,该项研究对人才培养、多学科交叉融合课程建设具有一定的参考价值。In the context of the rapid development of the chemical industry,how to cultivate high-quality talents for multidisciplinary cross-integration has become an important issue in teaching reform.This paper takes the teaching reform of “Optimization design of chemical process” as the research object,firstly analyzes the development of chemical industry and the current situation of cross-integration between disciplines,and then discusses the teaching reform of the course from the positioning teaching objectives,teaching content update,innovative teaching methods,reform of teaching evaluation system and building a high-quality teaching team.The effect of course teaching reform shows that this research has certain reference value for the personnel training and the construction of multi-disciplinary cross-integration course.
