摘 要:直流穿墙套管是承载系统安全的一个核心设备,在直流输电系统中处于咽喉位置,文中以515 kV SF_(6)气体绝缘结构穿墙套管为研究对象,针对超长导电杆挠度过大引起穿墙套管内部电场畸变的问题,新设计一种带空间支撑结构的导电杆,并与传统导电杆对比分析,得到新型导电杆挠度值下降了34.95%,然后对安装新型导电杆的穿墙套管进行温升仿真分析,计算结果表明,安装新型导电杆的穿墙套管具备额定通流6515 A和耐受1550kV雷电冲击的能力。各项型式试验的顺利通过,验证了515kV SF_(6)气体绝缘结构穿墙套管结构的合理性,为直流输电工程更高电压等级穿墙套管的研制奠定理论基础。DC wall bushing,which is located at the throat position in the DC transmission system,is a core equip?ment for carrying the safety of power system.In this paper,the 515 kV SF_6 gas insulated wall bushing is taken as the research object.Aiming at the problem of the electric field distortion in the wall bushing due to the excessive deflec?tion of ultra?long conductive rod,a kind of new conductive rod with space support structure is designed.Compared with the traditional conductive rod,the deflection of the new conductive rod decreases by 34.95%.Then,the temper?ature rise simulation analysis on the wall bushing installed with the new conductive rod is carried out.The calcula?tion results show that the wall bushing installed with the new conductive rod has the ability to pass through the cur?rent at 6 515 A and withstand lightning impulse at 1 550 kV.The success of various of type tests has verified ratio?nality of the structure of 515 kV SF_6 gas insulated wall bushing,which lays a theoretical foundation for the develop?ment of higher voltage level wall bushing for DC transmission projects.
