摘 要:换流变压器有载分接开关是实现换流变压器调压的核心部件,也是尚未实现国产化的关键组部件,对保证电力系统电压稳定性起到重要的作用。随着柔性直流输电技术的发展,有载分接开关切换含有谐波分量的负载电流工况日益凸显,经常在多次谐波叠加的复杂工况下进行开合操作,因此切换的负载电流零点会有较大的电流变化率,其显著增加了分接开关的切换负荷,尤其对真空有载分接开关中的真空灭弧室转换电流能力提出了极大挑战。因此,文中将结合±800 kV换流变压器的运行实际工况,并根据国内典型设计的真空有载分接开关的拓扑结构,对谐波电流切换相关的试验要求和试验参数选择进行分析,并通过仿真建模的方法对换流变压器有载分接开关谐波电流切换试验的试验条件开展技术分析。因此,文中内容将对直流输电工程中换流变压器用真空有载分接开关的设计、选型、运维等有着重要的参考意义。On-load tap-changer of converter transformer is not only the core component to realize voltage regulation of converter transformer,but also the key component that has not been localized.It plays an important role in ensuring the voltage stability of power system.With the development of flexible DC transmission technology,the switching load current with harmonic component of on-load tap-changer is becoming more and more prominent.The switching operation is often carried out under the complex working condition of multiple harmonic superposition.Therefore,the load current will have a large current slope,which significantly increases the switching load of the tap-changer.In particular,it poses a great challenge to the current transfer capability of the vacuum interrupter in the vacuum type on-load tap-changer.Therefore,combined with the actual operating conditions of ± 800 kV converter transformer and according to the topology of typical vacuum on-load tap-changer,the test requirements and parameter selection of harmonic current switching are analyzed,and technical analysis is conducted on the test conditions of harmonic current switching test for the on-load tap-changer of the converter transformer by simulation modeling method.This paper will have important reference significance for the design,type selection,operation and maintenance of on-load tap-changer of converter transformer in DC transmission project.
