摘 要:为打破国外商业软件对数字孪生技术的垄断,掌握具有自主知识产权的仿真模型降阶技术,推动自主可控的数字孪生平台在电力行业的发展布局,文中基于国产多物理场仿真软件,针对±800 kV干式平波电抗器的绝缘校核仿真进行了数值计算模型的高效降阶算法研究。通过有限元模型的参数化计算获取样本数据集,并采用PLS(偏最小二乘法)和GP(高斯过程)两种机器学习算法进行降阶模型的训练和优化,最后从计算精度和计算效率两个方面对机器学习模型的降阶效果进行了对比评估。研究结果表明:机器学习降阶模型获得了较高的计算准确度和效率,与有限元计算模型相比电场强度最大值的相对偏差仅为6×10^(-6),同时模型整体的计算耗时减少了1 000倍。In order to break the monopoly of foreign commercial softwares on digital twin,master the simulation mod-el reduction technology with independent intellectual property rights,and promote the development and layout of in-dependent and controllable digital twin platform in power industry,this paper,based on the domestic multi-physical field simulation software,carried out the research on the efficient order reduction algorithm of the numerical calcula-tion model for the insulation check simulation of±800 kV dry-type smoothing reactor.The sample data set was ob-tained through the parameterization calculation of the finite element model,and the reduced order model was trained and optimized using PLS(partial least squares method)and GP(Gaussian process)machine learning algorithms.Final-ly,the order reduction effect was evaluated from calculation accuracy and efficiency.The results show that the ma-chine learning reduced-order model achieves high calculation accuracy and efficiency.Compared with the finite ele-ment calculation model,the relative deviation of the maximum electric field strength is only 6×10~(-6),and the overall calculation time is reduced by a thousand times.
