摘 要:随机合闸空载特高压换流变压器产生的励磁涌流容易造成合闸失败。文中分析了换流变合闸涌流的特殊性,并从理论上分析了剩磁、合闸角及合闸电阻对合闸涌流的影响,提出了合闸电阻结合选相合闸的特高压换流变压器励磁涌流抑制方法。利用PSCAD软件结合某±800 k V特高压直流换流站实际工况开展建模仿真,比较分析了合闸电阻、选相合闸及同时采用这两种措施抑制励磁涌流的效果。结果表明合闸电阻随机关合产生的励磁涌流高达额定电流的5.4倍;合闸电阻结合选相合闸抑制方法在保证选相合闸偏差时间在±2 ms以内时可有效抑制励磁涌流到额定电流的2倍以下。该换流站断路器改造后换流变空载合闸一次成功,验证所提抑制方法的有效性。The exciting inrush current generated by random closing of no-load UHV converter transformer may easily cause failure of closing operation.In this paper,the particularity of the closing inrush current of converter transformer is analyzed,and the influence of the remanence,closing angle and closing resistance on the closing inrush current is theoretically analyzed,and the exciting inrush current suppression method of UHV converter transfomer in combination of closing resistore with phase selection closing is proposed.PSCAD software in combination with actual condition of a ±800 kV UHVDC converter station is used for modelling and simulation.The effect of the either closing resistor or phase-selection closing and both of them to suppress inrush current is compared and analyzed.The results show that the inrush current caused by random making of closing resistor is up to 5.4 times of the rated current.The suppression method of closing resistor in combination with phase selection closing,in the condition of assuring phase selection closing offset time within ±2 ms,can effectively suppress the exciting inrush current under two times of that of rated current.After the modification of the converter circuit breaker,the no-load closing operation of the converter transformer is successful in one time,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed suppression method.
