当代儿童医院急诊部建筑设计理论探析——以重庆医科大学附属儿童医院为例

摘　　要：近年来,随着我国医疗制度的改革发展和“二孩”、“三胎”政策的推动,儿童的人口基数在不断扩大,儿童就医问题也逐步受到社会各界的广泛关注。急诊部作为儿童医院的重要组成部分,是儿童医院诊疗水平及管理能力的重要标志。然而现阶段我国对儿童医院的建筑设计理论研究相对较少,对儿童医院急诊部的专项研究更是凤毛麟角。文章通过研究医学及建筑学对急诊部设计要求的共性,并结合重庆医科大学附属儿童医院急诊部建设经验,总结出两种适用国内儿童医院急诊部建设现状的设计布局模式,以期对当代儿童医院建筑设计提供一些参考。In recent years,with the reform and development of Chinese medical system and the promotion of“two children”and“three children”policy,the population base of children is constantly expanding,and the problem of children's medical treatment is gradually widely paid attention to by all walks of life.As an important part of children's hospital,the emergency department is an important symbol of the diagnosis and treatment level and management ability of children's hospital.However,the research on architectural design theory of children's hospital is relatively rare at present,and the special research on emergency department of children's hospital is even rare.By studying the commonality of medical and architectural requirements for the design of emergency department,and combining with the construction experience of emergency department of Children's Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University,this paper summarizes two design and layout modes applicable to the current construction situation of emergency department of children's hospital in China,in order to provide some references for the architectural design of contemporary children's hospital.
