摘  要:建筑要求在房屋内形成40 m×33 m的无柱大空间以满足篮球场的使用需求,对钢空腹夹层板楼盖这种新型结构体系进行研究,分析了其各施工阶段及最终使用阶段的应力和变形情况,并且补充了关键节点的有限元分析。YJK和MIDAS Gen计算结果表明,该结构体系能满足承载能力极限状态和正常使用极限状态要求,并且两个软件计算结果接近,进一步论证了计算结果的可靠性。通过MIDAS Gen软件对空腹夹层板的施工过程进行模拟分析,各施工阶段构件的应力比和结构的最大变形均满足《装配式空腹楼盖钢网格盒式结构技术规程:湖南省工程建设地方标准DBJ 43/T 351—2019》要求;为了验证临时支撑胎架在施工过程中发挥的作用,对比了不设置胎架的模型,结果表明结构整体提升完成之后设置临时胎架,可以有效地限值结构变形,组合梁效应得到充分发挥。通过有限元分析,下弦杆增设外环板,可以有效降低节点区应力,保证传力可靠性。It is required that the building has non-column large space of 40 m×33 m to satisfy demand of the basketball court.A new structural system of steel open-web sandwich plate is studied.The stress and deformation of each construction stage and the ultimate stage are analyzed,and the finite element analysis of key connections is supplemented.The calculation results of YJK and MIDAS Gen show that the structural system satisfy the requirement of ultimate and serviceability limit state and the results of these two sorts of software are very close,so the reliability of calculation results is demonstrated ulteriorly.The construction simulation by MIDAS Gen shows that the stress ratio and maximum deformation of each construction stage can satisfy demand of code.The model of no temporary bracket is established to satisfy the effect of temporary bracket under construction stage.The results show that the structure installs temporary bracket after integral lifting which limiting deformation effectively and the steel-concrete composite beam effect is fully played.The applications of finite element analysis show that the stress of nodal region is reduced under the performance of external diaphragm to ensure the reliability of force transmission.
