摘 要:某综合楼存在扭转不规则、竖向构件转换、楼板不连续、局部穿层柱等多项不规则。为提高结构抗震性能,本项目采用性能化抗震设计方法,用多种软件进行小、中、大震作用下的分析和设计,补充时程分析,并对大悬挑、大开洞板等进行专项分析设计。结果显示:结构抗震评价可靠性较高,能达到预设的C级性能目标;大震下的弹塑性层间位移角满足相关规范要求;大悬挑看台在有节奏运动激励下的舒适度满足要求;跃层柱不会发生失稳破坏;大开洞楼板加强应力集中区域配筋,能满足地震下水平力的有效传递。There are many irregular items,such as torsion irregularity,vertical component discontinuity,floor slab discontinuity,and local through floor column in a complex building.In order to improve the seismic performance of the structure,the performance-based seismic design method is adopted in this project.A variety of software is used to analyze and design under small,medium and large earthquakes,supplement the time history analysis,and carry out special analysis and design for large cantilevers,large perforated slabs,etc.The results show that:the reliability of the structural seismic evaluation is high,and it can achieve the pre-set C-level performance target;The elasticplastic inter story displacement angle under the strong earthquake meets the specification requirements;The comfort of the large cantilever grandstand under the stimulation of rhythmic sports meets the requirements;The thermocline column will not lose stability;The floor slab with large openings can meet the effective transfer of horizontal force under earthquake by strengthening the reinforcement in the stress concentration area.
