摘 要:以某工程为例,对便携式激光校准喷墨测量定位施工技术进行研究,综述了改进传统的内控传递竖向轴线投测方法,采用12线水平仪配装高压墨水喷头组成新型测量装置,将结构平面上的控制轴线通过激光红外线投测定位后自动喷墨放线,操作简便、工效高,形成了相应的施工新技术,减少拉线弹墨放线的工作量,降低了人工放线导致的误差,提高了测量放线效率,节约人工材料和确保现场安全,达到绿色节能环保要求,确保施工质量。Taking a project as an example,this paper studies the positioning construction technology of portable laser calibration ink-jet measurement,and summarizes the improvement of traditional internal control transmission vertical axis projection method,a new type of measuring device is composed of a 12-wire level meter and a high-pressure ink-jet nozzle.The automatic ink-jet setting-out is achieved by positioning the control axis on the structure plane through the laser infrared ray.The operation is simple and the work efficiency is high,the corresponding new construction technology is formed,which can reduce the work load of stretch wire elastic and ink setting-out,reduce the error caused by manual setting-out,improve the efficiency of measuring setting-out,save the artificial materials and ensure the safety of the site,to meet the requirements of green energy conservation and environmental protection,to ensure the quality of construction.
