摘 要:锚杆静压桩是高层建筑基础加固工程中一种常用的有效方式,随着施工能力的提升,锚杆静压桩的压桩力可达到500 t以上,为了保证施工质量,必须采取严格的管理措施。以广东地区某189 m超高层建筑为例,介绍大吨位锚杆静压桩在超高层建筑物基础加固中的应用,通过对锚杆质量、压桩垂直度和动阻力、桩端注浆等施工工艺进行控制,取得了良好的加固效果,单桩承载力特征值达到了3 500 kN,最终建筑物沉降仅32 mm左右,为相似工程提供了一定的参考。Anchor static pressure pile is a common and effective method for foundation reinforcement of high-rise buildings.With the improvement of construction capacity,the pressing force of static bolt-pile can reach more than 500 t.In order to ensure the construction quality,strict management measures must be taken.Taking a 189 m super high-rise building in Guangdong as an example,introduces the application of large-tonnage anchor static pressure pile in the foundation reinforcement of super high-rise buildings.Through the control of anchor quality,pile verticality and dynamic resistance,pile end grouting and other construction technologies,good reinforcement effect has been achieved.The characteristic value of single pile bearing capacity reaches 3 500 kN,and the final building settlement is only about 32 mm,which provides a certain reference for similar projects.
