摘  要:自发电无线开关可将开关按压动作转化为电能,无需电池,具有绿色环保、免布线等优点,在智能家居中得到了广泛应用。应用超低成本的冲击式压电点火器作为发电模块,设计了机械传动结构,将开关面板按压动作转化后驱动压电发电模块,理论上分析优化了结构尺寸参数,采用3D打印技术加工出了样机。同时设计了电源管理电路,实现了高压脉冲信号的降压、整流、储能和稳压输出。实验结果表明:按压一次储能1.6 mJ,约发送60个脉冲信号,能够有效触发接收端。验证了的压电点火器在无线开关上应用的可行性,其将给智能家居领域相关企业带来更大的商业价值。The self-powered wireless switch can convert the pressing action of the switch into electrical energy.Because of containing no batteries,the wireless switch is green and wiring-free,and can been widely used in smart homes.An ultra-low-cost impact piezoelectric igniter is used as a generator,a mechanical transmission structure is designed to convert the pressing action of the switch to drive the piezoelectric generator.The structural size parameters are theoretically analyzed and optimized.A prototype is manufactured by using 3D printing technology.At the same time,a power management circuit is designed to realize the stepown,rectification,storage and regulating of the high-voltage pulse signal.The experimental results show that a pressing action can generate 1.6 mJ power,and about 60 pulse signals can be sent,which can effectively trigger the RF receiver.The feasibility of the piezoelectric igniter in the wireless switch is verified,and it will bring greater commercial value in the field of smart home.
