摘 要:某酸性气田开发过程中发生了严重的硫沉积及堵塞问题,红外光谱分析表明,该气田沉积的硫黄中还含有碳酸盐、硫酸盐、含硫有机化合物、水等成分。为治理该气田硫堵问题,研发并优选了高效环保型溶硫剂(A-1溶硫剂)。在45℃、常压、1000 r/min搅拌条件下,对比研究了A-1和J-1两种溶硫剂在不同液固比(5∶1和20∶1)时对标样硫块的溶硫率和溶硫速度,以及硫块直径对A-1溶硫剂溶硫性能的影响。结果表明:A-1溶硫剂的起始溶硫速度更快,4 h内对标样硫块的溶硫率接近40%,增加溶硫剂用量可显著加快溶硫进程;A-1溶硫剂对直径2.0 cm的硫块,10 h内溶硫率超过80%,对更小粒度的硫块溶解效率更高。另外,在45℃、常压、持续通入CO_(2)条件下,通过失重及电化学方法研究了A-1溶硫剂对N80、L360和A333Gr6钢的腐蚀性。结果表明:3种钢在A-1溶硫剂中未发生明显腐蚀现象,腐蚀速率低于0.04 mm/a,未出现局部腐蚀或小孔腐蚀。Serious sulfur deposition and plugging occurred during the development of a sour gas field.The results of infrared spectroscopy showed that the deposited sulfur also contained carbonate,sulfate,sulfur-containing organic compounds,water,etc.In order to deal with the problem of sulfur plugging in this gas field,a highly efficient and environmental friendly sulfur solvent(A-1)was developed and optimized.Under the conditions of 45℃,1 atm,and stirring with the speed of 1000 r/min,the sulfur-dissolving ratio and rate of two sulfur solvents(A-1 and J-1)against the standard sulfur block was studied at different liquid-solid ratios(5∶1 and 20∶1).And the effect of the sulfur block size on the sulfur-dissolving performance of A-1 was studied.The results showed that the initial sulfur-dissolving rate of A-1 was faster,and the sulfur-dissolving ratio of standard sample sulfur block within 4 h was close to 40%.The increase of the dosage of A-1 could significantly accelerate the sulfur-dissolving process.A-1 had a sulfurdissolving ratio of more than 80%within 10 h for the sulfur block with a diameter of 2.0 cm,and the dissolution efficiency for the smaller sulfur block was higher.In addition,under the 45℃,1 atm,and CO_(2) conditions,the corrosion of A-1 on N80,L360 and A333Gr6 steels was studied by weight loss and electrochemistry methods.It showed that there was no obvious corrosion in the three steels in the A-1 sulfur soluble agent,the corrosion rate was lower than 0.04 mm/a,and no local corrosion or pinhole corrosion occurred.
