摘  要:为了提高梅花鹿人工输精受胎率,充分发挥良种优势,研究选择辽宁地区3个鹿场分别进行同期发情试验、常规(试情)输精试验和定时输精试验,每个鹿场均选择3~8岁、健康、营养状况良好、体型大小一致、繁殖机能正常的经产母鹿90只,随机分为3组,每组30只,其中同期发情试验分为同期组Ⅰ、同期组Ⅱ、同期组Ⅲ,常规(试情)输精试验分为常规组Ⅰ、常规组Ⅱ、常规组Ⅲ,定时输精试验分为定时组Ⅰ、定时组Ⅱ和定时组Ⅲ,通过同期发情试验(CIDR+PMSG方法)探究不同剂量PMSG对母鹿发情率、受胎率和双胎率的影响,通过常规(试情)输精和定时输精试验探究不同输精时间对母鹿受胎率和双胎率的影响。结果表明:在同期发情试验中,母鹿发情率的表现为同期组Ⅲ(86.67%)>同期组Ⅱ(73.33%)>同期组Ⅰ(46.67%),且同期组Ⅱ、Ⅲ的发情率显著高于同期组Ⅰ(P<0.05);受胎率的表现为同期组Ⅱ(81.82%)>同期组Ⅰ(78.57%)>同期组Ⅲ(11.54%),且同期组Ⅰ、Ⅱ的受胎率显著高于同期组Ⅲ(P<0.05);双胎率的表现为同期组Ⅱ(16.67%)>同期组Ⅰ(9.09%)>同期组Ⅲ(0),且同期组Ⅱ的双胎率显著高于同期组Ⅰ(P<0.05),同期组Ⅰ的双胎率显著高于同期组Ⅲ(P<0.05)。在常规(试情)输精试验中,母鹿受胎率的表现为常规组Ⅲ(76.19%)>常规组Ⅱ(22.73%)>常规组Ⅰ(0),且常规组Ⅲ的受胎率显著高于常规组Ⅱ、Ⅰ(P<0.05),常规组Ⅱ的受胎率(1)显著高于常规组Ⅰ(P<0.05);双胎率的表现为常规组Ⅱ(20.00%)>常规组Ⅲ(18.75%)>常规组Ⅰ(0),且常规组Ⅱ、Ⅲ的双胎率显著高于常规组Ⅰ(P<0.05),常规组Ⅱ和常规组Ⅲ的双胎率差异不显著(P>0.05)。在定时输精试验中,母鹿受胎率的表现为定时组Ⅲ(46.67%)>定时组Ⅱ(16.67%)>定时组Ⅰ(6.67%),且定时组Ⅲ的受胎率显著高于定时组Ⅰ、Ⅱ(P<0.05),定时组Ⅱ的受胎率显著高于定时组Ⅰ(P<0.05);双胎率的表现为定时组Ⅲ>定时�In order to improve the artificial insemination rates of Sika deer and give full play to the advantages of good breeds,three deer farms in Liaoning region were selected to carry out simultaneous estrus test,routine(teasing)insemination test and timing insemination test.Each deer farm selected 90 healthy breeding does aged 3 to 8 with good nutritional status,consistent body size and normal reproductive function,which were randomly divided into 3 groups,each group had 30 animals in each group,among which the simultaneous estrus test was divided into simultaneous groupⅠ,simultaneous groupⅡ,and simultaneous groupⅢ;the routine(teasing)insemination test was divided into routine groupⅠ,routine groupⅡ,and routine groupⅢ;the timing insemination test was divided into timing groupⅠ,timing groupⅡand timing groupⅢ.The simultaneous estrus test(CIDR+PMSG method)was used to explore the effects of different doses of PMSG on doe estrus rate,conception rate and twinning rate;the routine(teasing)insemination test and the timing insemination test were used to explore the effects of different sperm infusion time on doe conception rate and twinning rate.The results showed that in the simultaneous estrus test,the estrus rates of does showed that the simultaneous groupⅢ(86.67%)>the simultaneous groupⅡ(73.33%)>the simultaneous groupⅠ(46.67%);and the estrus rates of the simultaneous groupⅡandⅢwere significantly higher than that of the simultaneous groupⅠ(P<0.05).The conception rates showed that the simultaneous groupⅡ(81.82%)>the simultaneous groupⅠ(78.57%)>the simultaneous groupⅢ(11.54%),and the conception rates of the simultaneous groupⅠand the simultaneous groupⅡwas significantly higher than that of the simultaneous groupⅢ(P<0.05).The twinning rates showed that the simultaneous groupⅡ(16.67%)>the simultaneous groupⅠ(9.09%)>the simultaneous groupⅢ(0),and the twinning rate of the simultaneous groupⅡwas significantly higher than that of the simultaneous groupⅠ(P<0.05),and the twinning rat
