摘　　要：该文对轿车车门PVC细密封胶条开裂的基本情况进行了简单介绍,分析轿车车门PVC细密封胶条开裂的原因,并探索相关的解决对策。通过此次的分析研究与验证分析发现,汽车4门PVC细密封胶条开裂的根本原因是内外板粘结不够充分。针对这一问题,可以通过适当增加焊点数量,对折边胶涂胶参数进行合理优化,以及科学调整包边间隙等方式进行改进,以提高车门的密封性能。This paper introduces the basic situation of cracking of PVC thin sealant strip on car door,analyzes the causes of cracking of PVC thin sealant strip on car door,and explores relevant solutions.Through this analysis,research and verification analysis,it is found that the root cause of the cracking of the PVC thin sealant strip on the four doors of the car is the insufficient bonding of the inner and outer panels.To solve this problem,we can improve the sealing performance of the door by properly increasing the number of solder joints,reasonably optimizing the parameters of the folding glue coating,and scientifically adjusting the binding gap.
