摘 要:为了改善商用车驾驶员座椅在乘坐过程中产生的疲劳感和不舒服感,提高其舒适度并降低维修费用等问题,通过对不同工况条件下商用车驾驶员座椅的动态舒适特性进行研究,采用Simulation软件建立了商用车车身结构参数模型;利用模态分解与多尺度分析(MSCFD)技术,将汽车各系统动力学响应作为输入变量引入多尺度分析模型中,获得了该商用车驾驶员座椅的振动传递函数及其频率特性曲线,进而实现了商用车驾驶员座椅舒适性分析与评价。结果表明:所构建的多尺度分析方法能够较好地反映出商用车驾乘人员的真实感受,可有效缓解驾驶员因长时间驾车而出现的不适感觉;同时,根据模态分解与多尺度分析得到的固有频率以及对应的加速度峰值、位移峰值和速度峰值可以直观地看出,该商用车驾驶员座椅的舒适性满足要求。In order to improve the fatigue and discomfort of the driver's seat of a commercial vehicle,improve its comfort and reduce maintenance costs,the dynamic comfort characteristics of the driver's seat of a commercial vehicle under different working conditions are studied,and a parametric model of the body structure of the commercial vehicle is established by Simulation software;the modal decomposition and multiscale analysis(MSCFD)techniques are used to obtain the dynamic response of the driver's seat of the commercial vehicle as input variables into the multiscale analysis model.The driver's seat vibration transfer function and its frequency characteristic curve were obtained by introducing the dynamic response of the vehicle systems as input variables into the multiscale analysis model,and then the driver's seat comfort analysis and evaluation of the commercial vehicle was realized.The results show that the constructed multiscale analysis method can better reflect the real feeling of the driver and passenger of the commercial vehicle,and can effectively relieve the driver's discomfort due to long-time driving;meanwhile,according to the inherent frequencies and the corresponding acceleration peak,displacement peak and velocity peak obtained from the modal decomposition and multiscale analysis,the comfort of the driver's seat of the commercial vehicle can be intuitively seen to meet the requirements.
