摘  要:该文分析了汽车发动机配气机构特征和工作原理;转速、扭矩和功率之间的相互关系;气门机构的工作性能对气门凸轮外形的影响。同时对内燃机的配气问题进行详细探讨,根据凸轮型线的设计原理,导出了凸轮型线,并计算了其工作阻力,该型线使进气系统更加丰满、平滑、连续。最后讨论了该系统的设置问题,分析了系统的构成,并给出了改进的方法。This paper analyzes the characteristics and working principle of the valve mechanism of the automobile engine;The interrelationship between speed,torque and power;The influence of the performance of valve mechanism on the shape of valve CAM.At the same time,the valve problem of internal combustion engine is discussed in detail.According to the design principle of the CAM profile,the CAM profile is derived and its working resistance is calculated.The profile makes the intake system more full,smooth and continuous.Finally,the setup of the system is discussed,the constitution of the system is analyzed,and the improvement method is given.
