摘　　要：现在的重载货车往往伴随着空气悬架和辅助用气以及其他用气的不断增加,若刹车管路内的空气品质不佳,将会影响到阀门的工作,甚至造成故障,从而使刹车效果下降。根据现场条件,该文对制动线空气质量的影响因素进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进措施,并对各部件的设计参数进行了建议,这对改进刹车管路的空气质量具有一定的指导意义。Today's heavy-duty trucks are accompanied by an increasing use of air suspension and auxiliary gas,as well as other gases.If the air quality in the brake line is not good,it will affect the work of the valve,and even cause failure,so that the braking effect will be reduced.According to the site conditions,the influencing factors of air quality of the brake line were analyzed,corresponding improvement measures were proposed,and the design parameters of each component were suggested.This has certain guiding significance for improving the air quality of the brake line.
