摘 要:该文阐述了使用铝导线替换传统铜导线对于实现汽车轻量化的巨大贡献;通过对铝导线和铜导线相关数据进行对比分析,论证了铝导线在车辆减重降本方面及国家战略方面相比于铜导线所具有的优势;进一步讨论了铝导线替换铜导线在应用层面的难点并提出了有效对策;最后该文阐述了铝导线在全球汽车行业的推广进程,并提出了广汽铝导线应用的规划及目标。This article expounds the great contribution of replacing traditional copper wire with aluminum wire to achieve vehicle lightweight;By comparing and analyzing the relevant data of aluminum wire and copper wire,the advantages of aluminum wire in terms of vehicle weight reduction and cost reduction and national strategy are demonstrated;Furthermore,the difficulties in the application of replacing traditional copper wire with aluminum wire for vehicles are discussed and effective countermeasures are put forward;Finally,this article describes the promotion process of aluminum wire in the global automobile industry,and puts forward the application plan and objectives of GAC aluminum wire.
