摘　　要：2020年新冠疫情席卷全球,在疫情冲击下,急诊患者急剧增加、医疗资源紧缺等问题日趋严重。随着疫情的逐步控制和政策的转变,我们已经进入了一个新的时代——“后疫情时代”。在应对疫情的过程中,传统急诊医疗体系由于信息化、智能化水平不高的缺陷更显突出。后疫情时代我国急诊医疗体系应加速向信息化、智能化的方向转变,解决传统急诊医疗体系信息传输障碍、院前院内协同不足、人工智能、大数据等智能化技术应用不足等主要问题迫在眉睫。在5G、人工智能、物联网等新兴技术的飞速发展的前提下,聚焦急诊医疗核心需求,以信息化技术为基础,以智能化技术为导向,是促进后疫情时代智能急诊医疗体系发展的重要途径。The COVID-19 epidemic sweep across the world in 2020.Under the impact of the epidemic,the number of emergency patients will increase sharply,and the shortage of medical resources will become increasingly serious.With the gradual control of the epidemic and the change of policy,a new era-the"post-epidemic era"is coming.In the process of responding to the epidemic,the problem of the traditional emergency medical system has become more prominent due to its low level of informatization and intelligence.Therefore,it is proposed that in the post-epidemic era,China′s emergency medical system should accelerate its transformation to informatization and intelligence.It is urgent to solve the main problems such as the information transmission barrier of the traditional emergency medical system,the lack of cooperation in the front and the hospital,and the insufficient application of intelligent technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data.Under the premise of the rapid development of emerging technologies such as 5G,artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things,focusing on the core needs of emergency medicine,based on information technology and guided by intelligent technology,is one of the important ways to promote the development of intelligent emergency medical system in the post-epidemic era.
