摘　　要：目的分析神经节苷脂联合甲基强的松龙治疗急性脊髓炎的临床疗效。方法选取2019年6月至2021年6月我院收治的92例急性脊髓炎患者,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组45例,采用甲基强的松龙治疗,观察组47例,采用神经节苷脂联合甲基强的松龙治疗,观察两组临床治疗效果。结果与治疗前比较,两组炎性因子水平均降低,免疫平衡指标均有所改善,且观察组炎性因子水平低于对照组,免疫平衡各指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);感知功能和运动功能评分均提高,且观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论神经节苷脂联合甲基强的松龙能改善急性脊髓炎症水平及免疫平衡状态,对于神经功能恢复及安全方面具有较好的作用。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of ganglioside combined with methylprednisolone in the treatment of patients with acute myelitis.Methods Ninety-two patients with acute myelitis admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected.According to the treatment method,the patients were divided into a control group(n=45 treated with methylprednisolone)and an observation group(n=47 treated with ganglioside combined with methylprednisolone).The clinical effect of the two groups was observed.Results Compared to before treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors were decreased and the immune balance indexes were improved after treatment in both groups,and the levels of inflammatory factors were lower and the immune balance indexes were better in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The sensory function and motor function were increased and these functions in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Ganglioside combined with methylprednisolone can improve the inflammatory reaction and the immune balance in patients with acute myelitis.It has a good effect on neurological recovery and safety.
