摘 要:为进一步提升郑州市县级兽医实验室检测水平,完善实验室质量管理体系,2019-2021年,郑州市动物疫病预防控制中心对全市5个县级兽医实验室开展了检测能力比对工作。结果显示:2019-2021年度,实验室检测结果比对准确率分别为87.31%、97.00%和89.47%;血凝抑制(HI)、酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)、荧光聚合酶链式反应(荧光PCR)3种检测方法比对准确率分别为87.37%、87.41%和100%。结果表明,全市县级兽医实验室的检测能力总体处于较高水平,但存在检测水平稳定性不足的问题,个别实验室仍需提高ELISA及HI的试验能力。建议各县级兽医实验室配齐专业人员,确保人员稳定,规范实验室管理,不断提升检测水平。In order to further improve the testing level of county-level veterinary laboratories in Zhengzhou and improve the laboratory quality management system,Zhengzhou Animal Disease Prevention and control center conducted detection capability comparison among five county level veterinary laboratories in the city from 2019 to 2021.The results show that the average accuracy of test results from 2019 to 2021 is 87.31%,97.00%and 89.47%;The accuracy of hemagglutination inhibition test,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and fluorescent polymerase chain reaction were 87.37%,87.41%and 100%respectively.Results indicated that the county level veterinary laboratories in the city had the corresponding detection capabilities.However,some laboratories still needed to improve the detection capability of ELISA and hemagglutination inhibition,and the detection level was not stable enough.It is suggested that all county-level veterinary laboratories should be staffed with professionals to ensure the stability of personnel,standardize laboratory management,and constantly improvethetestinglevel.
