摘  要:尽管肾草酸钙结石的治疗方法已经取得了长足的进展,但其发病率和复发率仍居高不下。功能性纳米材料是指通过物理或化学作用后的具有特定功能的纳米材料,近年来其在肾草酸钙结石治疗中的作用已得到广泛的认可。功能性纳米材料可根据用途分为纳米酶、纳米药物和纳米载体。纳米酶和纳米药物可以利用材料或药物的理化性质对肾草酸钙结石进行防治,纳米载体通过运送药物来治疗肾结石。本文旨在阐述功能性纳米材料在肾草酸钙结石防治领域中的应用,总结其抑制肾草酸钙结石形成的潜在机制,以及未来的临床治疗方向。Although great progress has been made in the treatment of renal calcium oxalate stones,the incidence and recurrence rate are still high.Functional nanomaterials refer to nanomaterials with specific functions after physical or chemical action.Their role in the treatment of renal calcium oxalate stones has been widely recognized in recent years.Functional nano-materials can be divided into nano-enzymes,nano-drugs and nano-carriers according to their functions.Nano-enzymes and nano-drugs can prevent and treat calcium oxalate kidney calculi by using their physical and chemical properties or drugs.Nano-carriers can treat kidney stones by delivery of the drugs.The purpose of this paper is to describe the application of functional nanomaterials in the prevention and treatment of renal calcium oxalate stones,to summarize the mechanism of inhibiting the formation of renal calcium oxalate stones and the direction of clinical treatment in the future.
