摘  要:碳纳米管因其优异的电学性能和力学性能,近年来被广泛运用到电磁屏蔽织物的研究中。此研究引入高导电性的聚(3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩)∶聚苯乙烯磺酸(PEDOT∶PSS),制备一种CNT/PEDOT∶PSS电磁屏蔽织物。此研究通过制备不同质量分数(0.5%、1.0%、3.0%、5.0%、7.0%)CNT、不同质量分数(0.1%、0.2%、0.5%、1.0%)的PEDOT∶PSS溶液,采用超声诱导喷涂方法与针织物相结合。当质量分数为7.0%CNT、1.0%PEDOT∶PSS时,罗纹织物电阻率达最小值11.5Ω·cm,SE值最小为-34.0 d B,能屏蔽99%的电磁波;RL值最小可以达到-14.8 d B,在频宽为2.2 GHz(10.3~12.5 GHz)的频段内RL值可达-10.0 d B以下,能吸收90%以上的电磁波。Carbon nanotube(CNT)has been widely used in the research of electromagnetic shielding fabrics due to its excellent electrical and mechanical properties.In this study,the CNT/PEDPT:PSS electromagnetic shielding fabric was prepared by introducing highly conductive poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):polystyrene sulfonic acid(PEDOT:PSS).Moreover,PEDOT:PSS solution with different mass fractions(0.5%,1.0%,3.0%,5.0%,7.0%)of CNT and different mass fractions(0.1%,0.2%,0.5%,1.0%)of PEDOT:PSS were prepared and combined with knitted fabrics by ultrasonic induced spraying.When the mass fraction is 7.0%CNT and 1.0%PEDOT:PSS,the resistivity of the rib fabric reaches a minimum of 11.5Ω·cm and the SE value is-34.0 dB,which can shield 99%of the electromagnetic wave.The minimum RL value can reach-14.8 dB,and the value of RL can reach less than-10.0 dB in the frequency band of 2.2 CHz(10.3~12.5 CHz),which can absorb more than 90%of the electromagnetic wave.
