摘  要:选用还原型植物基染料,采用隐色体浸染法对罗布麻与棉混纺针织物进行染色。探讨还原剂R浓度、氢氧化钠浓度、温度、时间、元明粉浓度和染料浓度等因素对染色深度的影响,测试染色织物的色牢度和抗菌性能。结果表明,染色优化的工艺条件如下,甜油桃红:还原剂R18g/L、氢氧化钠4g/L、温度80℃、时间40min、元明粉45g/L;橄榄绿:还原剂R10g/L、氢氧化钠16g/L、温度80℃、时间40min、元明粉45g/L;菊黄:还原剂R14g/L、氢氧化钠8g/L、温度80℃、时间50min、元明粉30g/L。染色后织物的色牢度均达3级以上,抗菌性大幅提升。The plant-based vat dyes of sweet nectarine were used to dye apocynum and cotton knitted fabric by theleuco dip dyeing method.The effects of reducing agent R,sodium hydroxide mass concentration,temperature,time,sodium sulfate mass concentration and dyes mass fraction on the dyeing depth of fabric were discussed,and then the color fastness and antibacterial properties of the dyed fabric were tested.The results showed that the optimized process conditions are as follows,sweet nectarine:reducing agent R 18 g/L,sodium hydroxide 4 g/L,temperature 80℃,time 40 minutes,sodium sulfate 45 g/L;Olive green:reducing agent R 10 g/L,sodium hydroxide 16 g/L,temperature 80℃,time 40 min,sodium sulfate 45 g/L;chrysanthemum:reducing agent R 14 g/L,sodium hydroxide 8 g/L,temperature 80℃,time 50 minutes,and sodium sulfate 30 g/L.After dyeing,the color fastness of the fabric is above level 3.The antibacterial performance is greatly improved.
