摘  要:以N,N-二甲基正十八胺、环氧氯丙烷、脂肪酸为原料合成了两种具有亲水基团的阳离子柔软剂,即合成软片和合成软油。与市售的商用软片和商用软油相比,合成的两种柔软剂分子结构上引入了羟基,增加了阳离子型柔软剂的亲水性。从织物的柔软性、亲水性、断裂强度和白度等方面将合成柔软剂与商用柔软剂进行了对比。结果表明,合成柔软剂的柔软性能与商用柔软剂接近;亲水性有明显提升;经过合成及商用柔软剂整理的棉织物的断裂强度和白度未发生明显变化。In this paper,two kinds of cationic softeners with hydrophilic groups,namely,synthetic soft sheet and synthetic soft oil,were synthesized from octadecyl dimethyl tertiary amine,epichlorohydrin and fatty acid.Compared with commercial soft chip and oil,the hydroxyl groups were introduced into the two softeners,which increased the hydrophilicity.The synthetic softeners were compared with commercial softener in terms of softness,hydrophilicity,breaking strength and whiteness.The results show that the softness of synthetic softeners are close to that of commercial softeners.The hydrophilicity is significantly improved.The breaking strength and whiteness of cotton fabric treated with synthetic and commercial softeners has no obvious change.
