摘 要:针对羊绒服饰在穿着过程中起毛起球现象的存在,采用超声波-角蛋白酶协同处理方法,改变后处理工艺的各项技术参数,使羊绒纤维表层鳞片趋于光滑,减少起毛起球现象的发生。结果表明:当后处理液在超声频率为40kHz、功率为900W作用下,角蛋白酶用量为3.0%、酶处理时间为30min、酶处理温度为50℃,羊绒织物颜色变化、碱溶度、织物顶破强力损失率和手感都在合理范围内,抗起毛起球性能可达到3.5级,符合羊绒制品的服用性能要求.Aiming at the phenomenon of fuzzing and pilling in the process of cashmere clothing wearing,the ultrasonic-keratinase synergistic treatment method was used to change the technical parameters of the post-treatment process,so as to make the surface scale of cashmere fiber smooth and reduce the occurrence of fuzzing and pilling.The results show that when the ultrasonic frequency is 40 kHz and the power is 900 W,the dosage of keratinase is 3.0%,the enzyme treatment time is 30 minutes,and the enzyme treatment temperature is 50℃,the color difference change,alkali solubility,bursting strength loss rate and handle are within a reasonable range,the antipilling performance can reach grade 3.5,which can meet the wearing requirements of cashmere products.
