摘 要:针对纯棉针织物传统煮练染色工艺流程长、耗水量大、耗能高、废水量大等问题。文中采用低能耗短流程间歇染色工艺技术对棉针织物进行煮练染色一浴处理,通过对该技术进行理论可行性探究及分析,优化配套助剂用量,分析对比传统工艺流程和短流程染色织物的得色深度、染色均匀性、染色牢度、色光差异等性能,并对大货试产效果进行综合评估。结果表明:对于纯棉针织物采用煮练染色一浴工艺可缩短染色时间约2.1h,节省4缸水,大货试产颜色重现性好,具有较大的节能减排经济效益.The scouring and dyeing process of traditional pure cotton kniled fabrics has the problems such as long production process,large water consumption,high energy consumption,and large amount of waste water discharge.In this paper,low-energy short-flow intermittent dyeing technology was used to perform scouring and dyeing of cotton knitted fabrics in one bath.Through the theoretical feasibility exploration and analysis of the technology,the amount of supporting additives was optimized,and the color depth,dye uniformity,color fastness,shade difference and other properties of traditional process and short process dyed fabrics were analyzed and compared,and a comprehensive evaluation of the effect of the trial production of the bulk cargo was also conducted.The results show that employing the scouring and dyeing one-bath process for pure cotton knitted fabrics can shorten the dyeing time by about 2.1 hours,save 6 cylinders of water.In addition,the products have good color reproducibility for large-scale trial production,which has greater economic benefits of energy saving and emission reduction.
