摘　　要：探讨了锦纶与黏胶罗马布由传统的两浴法染色改为一浴法染色,阐述了染色工艺流程及方法,指出新工艺省去了染黏胶后排液及清洗工序,减少染整生产工艺时间,提高设备利用率及工人生产效率,降低污水排放量,对生态环境起到保护作用,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。同时,解决织物色牢度差、织物折痕擦伤等质量问题。This paper discusses the nylon and viscose roman fabric from the traditional two bath dyeing to one bath dyeing,expounds the dyeing process and method,and points out that the new one-bath dyeingprocess eliminates the dyeing viscose liquid and cleaning,reduces the dyeing and finishing time,improves the utilization rate of equipment and the production efficiency of workers,and reduces the sewage discharge.It plays a protective role in protecting the ecological environment,and has good economic and social benefits.At the same time,it solves the quality problems of poor color fastness and abrasiondamage to fabrics.
