石蜡油法在聚乙烯纤维定量分析中的应用

摘　　要：通过不同纤维熔融温度及化学结构比较、溶解试剂与试验条件筛选、修正系数(d值)确定和验证试验,实现了石蜡油法定量分析聚乙烯纤维。研究得出:石蜡油法最佳试验条件为三氯甲烷与石蜡油体积比为80:920、试验时间40min、试验温度为溶液沸腾,溶液可自动搅拌试样、控温于140℃充分溶解聚乙烯纤维;石蜡油溶液对大部分纤维的损伤小且稳定,除聚丙烯纤维的d值大于1.01,其他纤维的d值均在0.99~1.01;溶解试验中纤维含量的误差较小,18种聚乙烯纤维与其他纤维混合物纤维含量的偏差均小于0.5%;比对试验结果满意,3个不同试验室比对试验标准偏差在0.15%~0.30%,变异系数在0.21%~1.06%;石蜡油法溶解性能好、试验误差小,在实际检测中可满足聚乙烯纤维混纺产品定量分析的要求。Through the comparison of different fiber melting temperature and chemical structure,selection of dissolving reagents and testing conditions,determination of correction coefficient(d value),and implementation of verification testing,the quantitative analysis of polyethylene fiber mixture by paraffin oil method was realized.The results show that the best testing conditions for paraffin oil method are the volume ratio of chloroform to paraffin oil is 80:920,the testing time is 40 minutes,and the testing temperature is the boiling temperature of the solution.Under this condition,the solution can automatically stir the sample,and the testing temperature can be controlled at 140 C,which can fully dissolve the polyethylene fiber.Paraffin oil solution causes little and stable damage to most of the fibers,the d value of polypropylene fiber is more than 1.01,and the others are among 0.99~1.01.The error of dissolution testing is small and the deviation of fiber content is less than O.5%with the dissolution verification testing of 18 kinds of polyethylene fiber and other fiber mixture.Comparative tests were carried out among three different laboratories,the standard deviation of the testing results is 0.15%~0.30%,and the coefficient of variation is between 0.21%~1.06%,the compared results are satisfactory.Paraffin oil method has good dissolution performance with small testing error,which can meet the requirements of quantitative analysis of polyethylene fiber blended products in actual detection.
