摘 要:目的:调查北京市精神残疾人就业权利法治保障现状。方法:通过调查有劳动能力的精神残疾人对其进行就业状况问卷调查。结果:最终共发放问卷706份,完成有效问卷630份,有效率为89.2%。对基本情况、就业信息获取、就业需求状况等进行调查。结论:北京市精神残疾人就业率较低,就业服务指导有限,就业需求尚未满足;建议加强立法保障,明确精神残疾人的合法就业地位,完善其权利救济途径,营造精神残疾人就业的支持性环境,保障精神残疾人就业的合法权益。Objective:To investigate the current situation of legal protection of employment rights of mentally disabled persons in Beijing.Methods:A questionnaire survey on the employment status of mentally disabled persons with working ability was surveyed.Results:A total of 706 questionnaires were distributed and 630 valid questionnaires were completed,with an effective rate of 89.2%.Surveys were conducted on basic conditions,access to employment information,employment demand,etc.Conclusion:The employment rate of mentally disabled persons in Beijing is low,employment service guidance is limited,and the employment demand has not been met.It is recommended to strengthen legislative safeguards,clarify the lawful employment status of persons with mental disabilities,improve their rights and remedies,create a supportive environment for the employment of persons with mental disabilities,and protect the lawful rights and interests of persons with mental disabilities in employment.
