摘　　要：一起公共场所无证经营的案件办理时间长、处罚金额大、当事人拒不配合,最终通过强制执行结案。通过对该案件办理过程中违法主体及违法事实的认定、公告送达、强制执行程序进行分析,进而对文书送达、行政司法协作、法律法规适用做出进一步思考。This paper is a case analysis of an unlicensed operation case in public places.The case was handled for a long time,the amount of punishment was large,the parties refused to cooperate,and finally the case was closed by compulsory execution.This paper analyzed the illegal subject and the identification of illegal facts,service by announcement and enforcement procedures in the process of case handling,and further considered the service of documents,administrative and judicial cooperation and the application of laws and regulations.
