摘　　要：以医院在计算机软件开发合同纠纷为切入点,通过梳理中国裁判文书网公开的法律案例,总结此类法律纠纷的特点、共性争议点等方面问题,从中总结医院管理方面应该重视的问题,从而提升医院的信息项目管理质量,规避法律风险。Took the hospital's contract disputes in computer software development as the breakthrough point,summarized the characteristics and common dispute of such legal disputes by combing the legal cases published on China Judicial Document Network,and summarized the problems that should be taken in hospital management,so as to improve the quality of hospital information project management and avoid legal risks.
