摘　　要：社区卫生工作者在突发公共卫生事件时起着重要作用,他们不仅是社区居民健康的管理者,也是社区联防联控的主力军。本文通过对社区卫生工作者在突发公共卫生事件联防联控机制中的角色分析,以明确社区卫生工作人员的职责和存在的问题,为积极应对突发公共卫生事件提出建议。社区卫生工作者要从应急队伍建设、应急管理技能培养、人力资源配置等方面进行改进,才能提高突发公共卫生事件联防联控机制的效率。Community health workers play an important role in public health emergencies.They are not only the health managers of community residents,but also the main force of community joint prevention and control.Based on analyzing the role of community health workers in the joint prevention and control mechanism of public health emergencies,the responsibilities and existing problems of community health workers were clarified,and suggestions for actively responding to public health emergencies were put forward.Community health workers should be improved from emergency team building,emergency management skills training,human resources allocation and other aspects to improve the efficiency of the joint prevention and control mechanism of public health emergencies.
