摘 要:为了比较不同因素对桑枝多糖含量的影响,以葡萄糖为标准品,采用热水浸提法提取,使用苯酚硫酸法显色,利用紫外分光光度计测其吸光度(A)值,将A值代入标准曲线,得出多糖含量.通过对样品多糖含量的比较,发现不同部位中,上段>中段>下段;不同地区中,浙江>江苏>和县>云南>亳州>含山;不同组织结构中,形成层外组织结构>形成层内组织结构;不同粗细程度的粉末,过7号筛粉末>过6号筛粉末>过5号筛粉末>过4号筛粉末>过3号筛粉末,根据试验结果,得出多糖含量较高的桑枝样品条件为浙江上部形成层外组织过7号筛粉末样品.In order to compare the influence of different factors on the polysaccharide content of mulberry branches,this paper takes glucose as the standard,extracts it with hot water extraction method,develops color with phenol sulfuric acid method,measures its absorbance Value A with ultraviolet spectrophotometer,and substitutes Value A into the standard curve to obtain the polysaccharide content.The comparison of polysaccharide content in the sample shows upper section>middle section>lower section in terms of different parts,Zhejiang>Jiangsu>Hexian County>Yunnan>Bozhou>Hanshan in terms of different regions,outside the formation layer>inside the formation layer in terms of different organizational structures,powder through No.7 sieve>powder through No.6 sieve>powder through No.5 sieve>powder through No.4 sieve>powder through No.3 sieve with different fineness.According to the test results,it is speculated that the condition of a mulberry branch sample with high polysaccharide content is Zhejiang-upper section-outside the formation layer-powder through No.7 sieve.
