摘  要:为了降低联合收割机脱粒分离装置机架的质量,运用ANSYS软件对脱粒清选装置机架进行减重,在保证其动态特性的约束下,提出了基于响应曲面的多目标优化方法.优化前机架的前六阶模态的固有频率范围为17.84~53.42 Hz,质量为179.01 kg,一阶固有频率接近于外部的激励频率,存在共振风险.以二阶、六阶模态结果和支承梁的厚度为约束条件,以提高一阶固有频率和最小机架的质量为目标,采用灵敏度分析法将优化目标强相关性梁结构作为设计变量建立了多目标优化数学模型.结果表明,该方法可兼顾其良好的动态特性和轻量化目标的达成.In order to reduce the weight of threshing and separating device frame of combine harvester,this paper uses ANSYS software to reduce the weight of threshing and cleaning device frame,and puts forward a multi-objective optimization method based on response surface under the constraint of ensuring its dynamic characteristics.Before optimization,the natural frequency range of the first six modes of the frame is 17.84~53.42 Hz,and the mass is 179.01 kg.The first natural frequency is close to the external excitation frequency,and there is resonance risk.Taking the second and sixth order modal results and the thickness of the support beam as the constraint conditions,and taking the first order natural frequency and the minimum frame weight as the objective,the paper uses the sensitivity analysis method to select the beam structure with strong correlation with the optimization objective as the design variables,and establishes a multi-objective optimization mathematical model.The solution results show that the method can take into account its good dynamic characteristics and the realization of lightweight objectives.
