摘  要:文献中合成2-(2-羟基-3-叔丁基-5-甲基苄基)-4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯基丙烯酸酯(抗氧剂3052)使用的缚酸剂大多为三乙胺,但三乙胺作为缚酸剂时,不仅会和丙烯酰氯发生络合反应,造成丙烯酰氯失活,而且碱性较强,会导致产物进一步发生酯化反应生成丙烯酸双酯等副产物。通过对不同的缚酸剂进行筛选,并对实验条件进行优化,结果表明:吡啶、Na_(2)CO_(3)和三乙胺相结合作为混合缚酸剂,大大地减少了副产物的产生,原料的选择性均在97%以上,产率可达80%,将合成得到的3052样品添加到ABS树脂生产中,色差值ΔE小于2.0,达到行业的合格标准。The acid binding agent used in the synthesis of 2-(2-hydroxy-3-tert-butyl-5-methylbenzyl)-4-methyl-6-tert-butylphenyl acrylate(antioxidant 3052)in most literature is triethylamine,but when triethylamine is used as an acid binding agent,it may complex with and deactivate acryloyl chloride,and its strong alkalinity also leads to further esterification reaction and formation of by-products such as acrylate diesters.By screening different acid binding agents and optimizing the experimental conditions,the results show that the combination of pyridine,Na_(2)CO_(3) and triethylamine as a mixed acid binding agent greatly reduces the generation of by-products,and the selectivity of raw materials is all above 97%,the yield can reach 80%.The synthetic 3052 sample is added to the production of ABS resin,and the color difference valueΔE is less than 2.0,which meets the qualified industrial standard.
